I'll get to our 2-night trip to Munich and Oktoberfest in another post, but here we are jetting from MUC to GVA:

The next morning we got an early start and left the hotel at 7:30AM!!!!!

David (aka DMATH) met us at the Zurich train station and joined us to Schaffhausen.
David, it was great to finally meet you and catch up. I am, already looking forward to my return visit!

I found one of these lab coats in a closet and grabbed it off the hanger and wore it throughout the tor. I was hoping that nobody would notice when I walked out the front door and still wearing it, hahaha!!!!!

This is a great gem of an Italian restaurant on the outskirts:
On our last day in GVA we took a boat ride to Yvoire, a small Medieval town on the French side of the Lake:

Unfortunately, there was construction at our first hotel of choice so we moved here courtesy of the IWC GVA Boutique who were kind enough to make the arrangements. It's a lovely hotel and I will certainly be back:
