So the year started off with my first trip to Europe.

Spending quality time at the lounge!!!!

Finally arrived at my hotel in GVA..........

I had a view of the lake from my room..........

Lunch..... (can't go watch shopping on an empty stomach, LOL!!!)

At the IWC Boutique:

I had the great pleasure to meet the new Boutique Manager, the lovely Oifae Houssa. She was very gracious and hospitable.

Oifae, thank you for your warm welcome and I'm looking forward to my return visit!

Here are the some of the watches that I had the pleasure to see.............

I also had a chance to visit a local IWC AD and saw some different models there..........

Orange seems to be the new Black, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

White Gold on the right:

I've posted this Special Edition before but it's still a striking beauty with the color combination!!!!!

That evening I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a couple of friends:

Next stop, München...........

I was attending the ISPO Sporting Goods Show in München and one of the exhibitor booths belonged to Reef, where there is always a crowd gathering!!!!

I wonder why?????!!!!!!!! LOL

That evening, dinner was a typical local meal........

There were also many non-IWC related activities and those photos will be posted on another site, LOL!!!!

Time to finally go home...........

Nad - another great travel report. I always enjoy going "on the road" or "in the air" with you.

I had the chance to try on that gorgeous Portuguese Minute Repeater during the IWC dinner at SIHH - my mind is now set, a PMR will be in my collection someday - it was great to see it again!!!

There is some very serious metal in those shots but, it's the Bucherer chrono which is pulling at my heart. Must be one of the cheapest as well!!

Nad - as always a delightful and great travelogue - made me miss Switzerland ! also some very nice pieces that are always on my mind and not to far away from my mind. gasp.

Wow, how timely! I was just thinking yesterday..."Where's Nad been hiding?" Great to see you back with another award winning Travel Trek adventure.

Some of my favorite watches...the Fanta, Swiss Patroulle and now that 3714 Chrono beauty. IWC...quit torturing me !!!

Oh, and Nad. Thanks for reminding me that Spring will soon be here. I need a new "PAIR" of Reefs.
