    Hello Mates ,

Two weeks a go I visited IWC Factory in Schaffhausen. It was really a big fun for me and also for the other guests. At the end of our tour we had a possiblity to see almost all the models in the collection. That was the first time I see this model in person.

Apparently it is one of the most precious model of Portugieser collection.

While we are approaching to the new year I saw this beauty in the boutique.

I didn't miss this opportunity and I took some close up pictures. I also wrote a short review.

If you find a possibility I suggest you to go and try it on your wrist. One of the most comfortable platinum case watch I've ever tried.

In case you have it in your collection please share some photos with us.

Have a nice week and very happy 2016 to all of you.

    Cheers
    Serdar

It is a stunning beauty, which you notice much better in a good wrist shot: yours is great!

Apparently IWC changed the dial lay-out a bit: a slight turn of the power reserve indication, getting rid of the word "days", when compared to the top picture. It looks a bit cleaner now.

    Kind regards,
    Paul

    Thank you Paul.

The watches we saw in the factory were all non-working samples. I didn't want to say "dummy" but probably you understand what I mean. Maybe they are old and IWC didn't replace them with the new ones after the revision.

In any case the dial without the word "days" is much much better.
