is it possible to replace the standard rubber strap with an IWC Leather strap?
if yes,were to find, price levels ?

I am almost certain that IWC does not have a leather strap for the current Ingenieur Automatic. If you type "aftermarket strap IWC" in Google you find one nice provider from Paris, you might try there. I saw some nice examples for the the old Ingenieur Automatic, they may provide a strap for the current one too. Good luck!
