I noticed that the strap color nicely matches the color of my favorite Cognac!

I discovered this Cognac quite some years ago when I went to buy a Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac. The owner of the shop told me that he had something much better and at a better price too! It was from a small Château he found and he let me taste both the Rémy Martin and this Château de Montifaud. Needless to say that he was right and many years later this is still my favourite Cognac.

I used the white box to get the watch and the glass at a better height compared to the label of the quite long bottle. The marine theme nicely matches the history of the Portuguese watch.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

    If that's the goal...

...then in order for me to match my black croc-strap, I need to drink until I black out. While wrestling an alligator.

...on second thought, that might not be such a wise idea... Wrestling alligators can be dangerous - and there is no way I would endanger my IWC!

/Jan, who is wondering which watch Steve Irwin would have worn.

All my straps match my drinks

I have all black croc straps, when not considering my titan bracelets. They match my favorite day drink, black coffee. I never black out because of it.

    Kind regards,
Paul, wearing black croc strapped Portuguese Perpetual Calendar

    Hmm, good question :-)

And no, I don't have a strap to match that.. I do love black coffee like Paul but I only have a black strap on my Navitimer and that's with white stitching.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Well, I guess that the more you drink, the better the colours match..... And you emptied that bottle quite a bit there...!

    All the best,
