    Hi guys,

as I haven´t found a thread yet for this, I thought I´ll do one and introduce
the new IWC Pilot Limited Edition Rake x Revolution and maybe we can find the
other 149 lucky people out there. =)

I fell in love with that time piece right after I saw the first pictures of
it. Very balanced design, loads of references to the Mark 11, Fish-Crown and
as I was looking for a bronze watch anyway ... it was just perfect... until I
read the text below those pictures. I was really concerned about the size!
Recently I got my 46 mm Big Pilot 5002 which I LOVE. The size is just right
for me, so 10 mm less is a huge difference. So I decided the 36 mm Rake
Revolution is not for me... until ... until I got the invite to preorder. The
link was only available for 48 h so I was a bit hyped again. After reading the
long editorial ( click here ) again I was deeply in
love again. Also the awesome strap by George Cleverly made out of 230+ yo
reindeer hide, the story around that ... it got me again. So I preordered and
finally last week it arrived and what more can I say ... i really love it and
I´m happy with the size. Its always a little weird when changing from the Big
Pilot to the "Small Pilot" but the Rake x Revolution is here to stay. =)

I would be very intrested if here are more of the 150 lucky guys, who were
able to get their hands on one.

And to round the thread up.... here are some first shots. =)

One of the 2 additional straps it came with:

Awesome grab Adrian!! Congrats and wear in good health.

There's a couple/few collectors who got one themselves but I'll let them
    reveal (if they wish)

Thanks a lot guys. The watch is "growning" more and more on me the more I wear
    it. =)

Now I´ll have to wait for the patina.

@bas: I definately have to try on an Aquatimer soon. Never had one on my
wrist, but love the look and technic...
