I was wondering if anyone knows in which direction the Mark XV's automatic movement winds (e.g., clockwise, counter-clockwise, or both). I was considering purchasing a watch winder and noticed that you can set the direction of movement. I'm not sure in which direction the watch needs to be rotated in order to keep the movement running. Thanks for any responses!

Both ways; the winding mechanism here is bidirectional.
