The watch is literally a year old this week and somehow moisture got into the watch as it is fogging up. I have never gone into the water and the only way that it has ever gotten wet is buy washing my hands! Did I acquire a defective watch? I am so disapointed! I paid a lot of money for what appears to be a defective watch. Does anyone know what I should do? I will get it services but will they fix it but then just give me back a defective watch that may fail again? Any suggestions are greatly apreicated.

    Hi Jaydaprile,

sad to hear but, be happy, it's nothing. Bring it as soon as you can to your AD and ask for checking the watch. Probably a simple replacement of the gaskets will solve the problem.

I really don't think your is a "defective watch", simply sometimes, well, you can imagine the word, happens.

Ah, and yes, sometimes simply washing the hands may cause this kind of problems with a watch that's built to resist up to 3 atm (or bar, whathever).

That said, we can't discuss this things in the forum since it's almost impossible to make a diagnosis without inspecting the watch.

Please consider it's just a guess of mine and I hope I'm right as much as I hope you're going to enjoy your watch very soon :)

    Happy Holidays!
