These two come to mind >>>
I prefer a bracelet to a strap in hot weather and the chrono function is ideal for timing the BBQ. I had these out more often than not....

The Summer IWC >>>
When I think of surviving summer's heat I think of the Cousteau just like you Andrew.
Once the sun is down, there is the 5002, 3251 and 3789 to enjoy.

Cheers from Isobars.

Almost only: my first IWC
I fell in love again with my first love: the 3700.
I was wearing it the whole summer through till today :=)

Big Ingenieur & A Bottle Of Beer
Aloha all!
Tracy (Honolulu)

Big Ingenieur looks great on a bracelet
Mine was the Cousteau AT Divers too, but...
mine is a little worse for wear. Aside from minor little knicks, the orange bezel and hands have turned a nice melon color --the bright orange is gone. The blue rubbber strap is a little faded and dry with some minor crazing.
I have a replacement strap and am checking on the dial parts. Sun has been the culprit, and heat and chlorinated water probably have not helped.
Regards,
Michael
OH!!! Nicky - that is wonderful >>
Congratulations on that beautiful new Aquatimer. I love how you integrated it into your couture ensemble.
Thanks everyone!
3536 currently on active service in Bermuda
... pics to follow. During the summer, I wore the CFI more often than other watches at work. Big Pilot at weekends. I have something lighter to accompany the 3536 for evening wear.
Have fun Rave...Splendid island!
Best from Isobars.
All divers
Of my IWCs, these probably saw most wrist time
