I too believe that this automatic YC II was made is smaller quantities than Andrew writes.
My info was that on this particular piece, only 300 to 400 were made. The YC II was made in various sizes and most of them with a quartz caliber. The automaitcs in this larger case are much rarer.
If my memory is good, I do believe that I heard by Hannes Pantli that the design was of Gerald Genta. But I can be wrong.

The ref. 3211, steel/leather has also an automatic movement. Could mean, about 400 - 600 pieces of each reference ?
