I just bought a Mark XVII (326504) from a grey dealer. It's supposed to be new and untouched but I've noticed 3 scratches on the dial near the 1 o'clock marker. These scratches are all about 1mm in length. What should I do? How much does it cost to send the watch to IWC for them to replace the current dial with a new dial? How much does the dial cost?

Hello David, welcome to the forum.
Best way is to contact the seller and discuss this matter. If he doesn't help you, contact an authorised dealer and show him the watch. He can make an estimate. Good luck.
