I know I know... It's not a BP ! However, I really fell in love with this !

It's clean and stylish with it's 45mm case and the distress strap. And as I've probably mentioned here before, being a real pilot, I've never liked very much Pilot Watch models in general... hehe

That B&R seems to be running about an hour fast - wouldn't get that with an IWC Pilot!

We also have to consider that the 3714 might be running about an hour slow. Or perhaps one of the two just got back from a short timezone change trip ?

But definetly interested Fabio on your MiraMar thoughts ( from a real pilots point of view )

    Hi Fabio,

I'm happy for you and wish you well with your new watch. But, honestly, this is an IWC-sponsored forum, and we shouldn't tout other brands here. There's nothing wrong with many other brands --I own some too, but this IWC forum isn't the best place for them.

Thanks for your understanding, and excuse me for being a grinch by trying to keep the forum "on topic".

    Ok !

Since I don't know how to multiquote, here it goes !

Andy, the new Miramar is really superb !! 46mm is also something I would wear (If not too thick and this is what probably allowed myself to wear the B&R 45mm... It's thin) but out of all the IWC pilots, I would still stick with the 377704 ! It's by far my favorite one from the Pilots Model... Portuguese 5001 and Portofino Chrono would really come first on my list regarding IWC !

PJF, well noticed !! But, Andy was right, hehe ! Actually it was my fault !! When I got the B&R from the box, I had to adjust and I always use my City's Atomic Clock website and forgot to set one hour less from New Jersey. São Paulo is GMT -3 (Except during Summer) and New Jersey/New York, GMT -4. Right now I am in Parsippany, NJ having a 32 days course and simulator for a new aircraft. 3 hours after the pictures, I noticed my mistake !

And finally, to Michael, all I can say is that I'm trully sorry ! I even tried to make it less obvious posting one pictures of them both together ! I totally understand the rules and for sure, won't do it again.

    Regards,
