NATO Mark X Question

Hi all, I came to this IWC by a trade and I don't really know what to think about it.

The dial looks fine to me, but has certainly been relumed. 
The engravings all seem a bit off - or at least not what most MK X look like.
The previous owner stated that the original movement is a 1.077mio serial and he bought a spare cal. 83 1.022mio serial to take parts from.

What do you think?

The engravings on a Mark X usually look different. I have one with the same dial in my collection and have seen some examples in the past and all were with similar engraving style. 

Never seen engravings like on your example.
