Need a winding stem for a big Pilot 5002 C.5011

Took a month to get a hold of the watch depo, sent me the wrong tap size, went to reduce from a 15 tap to a 10 tap and snapped it, trying the last 3 months to get to call them but no answer a no return calls, can anyone sell me one of these, or tell me the generic stem for this watch

    Thanks Joe

    Hi Joe,

As far as I know, IWC doesn't provide spare parts. The best option is to get the watch serviced.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
