I have 4 other IWC watches and just bought a Charles Darwin Aquatimer used.
The watch is working perfectly, with no cosmetic problems, except for the fact
the bezel is frozen. It will not turn at all. My watch repair guy locally says
he cannot fix it and it needs to be sent to IWC. I did get a good price on the
watch.
I have sent two of my other watches to IWC over the last few years for a full
recondition and repair. They usually are not cheap services.
My question- send this watch to IWC and have them fix it...it would probably
send it to them in the next few years anyway or just return the watch?
Also- any idea of what is may cost(ballpark) to fix a frozen bezel.
Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
