    WOW - nice watch.
Looks to me to be a Cal 88 which was made between 1946 and 1964.
    Nice find!

A short history about the watch, i bought it from a man who had get it from his granduncle. They had a shop in Kristianstad in the late seventies. They did not get a buyer of the shop and there where a couple of watches left, i think this is NOS. I have couple other watches from the beginning of the fifties from this seller which are new.

Here must be some more persons who have information about this watch, please help me and see my questions above.

    Brg Magnus

Magnus, I think I make out the number to be 1226850 and the case number is 1253690 which would make it a cal.88 made and sold between 1951 and 1960.
I don't believe there is a reference for this model, otherwise it would be on the case. It does look in very nice condition and a good find. The movement is a good one and was used in the Mk 10 British military watch, which is very sought after, but your's is not, I believe, something very valuable and if you use google you will find some out there at various prices, from dealers to ebay.

That's ok. It may not have great monetary value but it's a very good example of watch making and it would be good to see another IWC forum member enthused by the excellent watches they produced between the 30's and 80's.
