    Hey everyone,

I noticed this release on a different site: watchbase.com/iwc/gst-aquatimer/iw3795-06

    cdn.watchbase.com/watch/original/iwc/gst-aquatimer/iw3795-06-fe.png

It looks legit to me, but I can't see anything on the official site yet... meant to be released in Nov 2016.

    Any thoughts?

I have not heard anything official either but it sure looks gorgeous! And it would look great on a bracelet too!

I just now returned from the boutique here in Singapore with the latest copy of the Watchmaker's Selection 2016/17 catalogue. It's in the catalogue so it seems to be as official as it is going to get. Reference is IW379506.

They don't have stock yet but I've seen one and it's a spectacular piece.

    Thanks Michael!

I think it looks spectacular too - the dial is gorgeous and, as a piece, it is rugged, yet clean.

    Is it a limited edition?

Looks nice and subdued for a diver. Is this a black and white picture? No colour to be seen, not even a tip of a seconds hand.

    Kind regards,
    Paul

That picture is a pretty accurate representation of the real thing. Monochromatic and it works very well, in my opinion.

The more I look at it - the more I'm under its spell.

    I don't even dive... I need help!

Just wait before you see the "booklet" that comes with the watch. That will leave you speechless.

    Welcome to the club :D

How many of us have a Big Pilot - but don't sit in the cockpit on a plane?

So owning a Diver without actual diving should not be a problem ;)

I agree that owning a diver but doesn't dive is not a problem.

However, I'll have to admit owning a few divers regardless of whether one dives or not is [a problem].

Diving into the abyss of watch-buying craze... B-/
