I tried unsuccessfully last night to be the first new member to offer birthday wishes to the forum but for some reason my e-mail was not accepted.
I have been a voyeur of the forum for almost a year since I bought my first IWC (Pilots Chrongraph Automatic - IW371701) in Basel last October.
My next project is a Portuguese Regulateur, but that will have to wait until my next visit to Europe in August/September 09.
    Regards to all

    Welcome Michael and Taubi

The pilots chrono 371701 is a perfect IWC watch and the favourite in my collection which is also from Basel.

The Portuguese regulator is a stunning piece.

Welcome to the IWC Collectors Forum Kirky.

Now that you have broken the ice from being and voyeur to posting, please keep coming back. Especially with pictures of the Regulateur, when you have it on your wrist.

You have the the IWC uhren-virus now and there is no know cure. And, that is a good thing.
