Hi mate - great to see another Kiwi! Yes, the Da Vinci was an impulse buy. I like the Portuguese as is apparent, but tried the Da Vinci on one day for fun and that was that.. A very surprising piece on the wrist. Hope things are well down in the Waikato.
Wow, really nice collection that you have there.
Btw, how do I start a new discussion?
You start a new discussion by going to the main forum page and picking a category (contemporary, vintage, community, etc.). Then a new discussion button shows, and you click on that.
Thanks Michael for sharing but where to go to upload photo for my discussion?
here u go ...
Picture Uploading - A Snappy Guide
To upload a pic to the forum, you will need to first upload the picture onto a hosting site. This can be space provided by your internet service provider (your account may already come with one with a limited size). Whatever the case, the pic has to reside on a permanently live server and cannot be on your harddrive.
Quick Step One: most people sign up for a free host at www.photobucket.com
Quick Step Two: Upload your pic, preferably in 640x480 size
Quick Step Three: Look for this box below and click on the URL beside IMG Code, and paste it directly in ‘Your Comment’ box when writing a new comment in the forum.
Quick Step Four: check, check, check that you have successfully uploaded the pic (like I have done with the image directly above :) by using the preview button i.e. clicking on the ‘tick’, just above the ‘Your Comment’ box. And you’re done !
MATTM, absolutely superb collection there - and certainly one that needed to be shared here!
Here of course, we even appreciate the inputs of those wanting to start a collection, and who have none - but ask the right questions. So when someone who has been reading but not posting pops up and says "Boo - look at my collection" and it looks that good...we are all most pleased (as you see by the reactions).
Now you need to start to post the occasional wrist shot - so we can appreciate it even more.
Wear in good health and cant wait for the reveal of your next IWC!
Hi shing,
Thanks for the tips and I have successfully posted my new discussion.
Cheers!
