new vintage line

Finally I got the change to see the new vintage line here in Amsterdam.

I think the watches are beautiful, but a bit over-designed and some are out of proportion. The Portofino in platinum is the best.

Somewhat older people really liked the DaVinci, and my gf made the nice and funny observation that young people like the vintage look, and the older people like the different and younger look of the DaVinci.

I agree with you that the platinum ...

Portofino looks great, but I thought that overall IWC did a good job of updating things and still honoring the more traditional look. You may not like them all but there are usually two out of six you really like. For me it is the Aquatimer and the Pilot. Or the platinum Portofino.
