I am interested in setting the right level of TPD(turns per day) on my automatic watch winder for the 2014 Aquatimer Automatic Reference 3290. The options on the machine are 650, 750, 850 and 1000 TPD and i would like to know which setting would be the most appropriate for my watch.

Does this watch require C(clockwise) rotation, CC(counter-clockwise) rotation or ATL(alternating C&CC mode)? Is there any damage that can be done by winding this particular watch on the machine?

    Hi Tourer.
You should set it at 650 ATL.
No damage can be done to a new, so therefor correctly lubricated, watch on a winder.
