im having an odd problem with my newly purchased perpetual watch. it seems that the watch is lagging by 20 minutes everyday. i have to correct the time every morning. is this normal? is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

Ouch --this isn't normal. Speeding up that much might mean the watch became magnitized or a spring got caught. If it's the former, it's a one minute fix --but you need to bring the watch to your dealer.

the warranty is international, right?
i bought it in milan but i live in indonesia.
if it is a stuck spring, should i bring it to any dealer or IWC dealer?
it would take months to fix?
