Let me start this discussion by saying that today was a very nice day. Special guest on this GTG was mister Ross who is spending some days in Amsterdam before he goes on safari. It was absolute pleasure to meet you and to talk watches with you. I have met a lot of nice, cool and kind people today but before we get to that, I am going to tell you what we did today.
! I only had a camera lens with me suitable for close-up pictures. Therefore, I only have made pictures of the watches. I am sorry for that. I am sure someone else is going to upload pictures of the GTG aswell!
We started the day at a very nice location that mister Mark Levinsohn arranged for us. It is called " Vondelpark 3". I had never been there before, but I can tell you that is a stunning location with a great view over ( what else? ) the famous Vondelpark. I arrived half an hour early so I had to enjoy myself with my own watches first, but soon mister Dekkers and mister Ross joined my at the table. A little bit later, the rest joined us and we were all complete. There were also people from IWC Benelux-Scandinavia who presented to us a very nice " Collectors cake ".

We waited with eating the cake before everyone was present to get themselves a piece and in the meantime, there were watches. Not just wacthes, I am talking about true pieces of art right here.
As some of you know I truly have a weak spot for the Vintage Collection. There were a few on the table and I could not resist taking pictures of them. I LOVE THESE WATCHES!

Someone at the table has the exact same taste as me when it come down to watches ;)

and then suddenly...BAM! This one came on the table!

After this nice complicated piece, it was time to get a look at watch a little more dressy. This one is a STUNNER!

One of the nicest pieces today, was without a doubt this pocketwatch from 1929 in a condition that is far beyond imagination. No words needed. Speechless.

After we had cake and lunch, we moved to the boutique. Nice people + Nice watches...

Sorry for only uploading watchpictures and keeping the story a bit limited to the watches. Since I have no pictures of the group and so on,I did not want to have like an full lookback post.
BIG THANK YOU TO mister Mark Levinsohn for arranging the GTG and also to team IWC Benelux-Scandinavia for hosting. I am sure we all say we had a great time today!
I had a very nice time meeting all of you and would love to see you all again in the future.
