Pilot with SS bracelet

Any advice on best method to clean bracelet - what products are best to retain brushed appearance, thanks.

Last time I did so I used an old tooth brush and running water from the tap, no soap. Dried it with a towel. Three minutes work. Estimated cleaning percentage 98%, which is good enough for me.
