Hi Milos
this is a calibre 64T, produced between 1917 and 1932 in a total of 10800 pcs. If you post the movement number you will get the year of production at least for the movement. It should have 16 jewels and was the first movement with the setting mechanism integrated in the winding stem.

The first digit of the movement number seems to be a "7",
so it is from 1918-1920, en earl IWC wrist watch.
