Hello! This is my first posting, and the reason is I have inherited an IWC Pocket Watch. I have studied the pictures in the Forum and elsewhere, and most probably it is a Calibre 56. It says International Watch Co with Schaffhausen underneath. The crown is at 3 o'clock. Its 14 K gold and a serial number inside all three lids saying 678381 where the digit 1 is slightly out of position compared to the other digits.
The watch is in excellent condition and has just been to service. Sorry thar I cant post a picture, havent got a good enough lens.
But, do you think this is a calibre 56?
