I have noticed, when setting the time and date on my 2011 edition of the Portofino Automatic, that the second hand can never be stopped. In other words when I pull the crown out to position I (date setting) or position II (time setting) the second hand continues to sweep.

    Is this normal?

Hi Rano, the feature of the second hand stopping when the crown is pulled out to the time setting position is called 'hacking seconds'. Check if your model has this, although I think it should have.

Unfortunately I don't have the manual available at the moment, but the model is the 3565.

This model has 'central hacking seconds' see below so probably you have an issue
