I bought a new watch at the IWC shop in Zurich airport a month ago
Very fine watch, but my question to the forum is, should it
add speed about 10 seconds per day?

First, congratulations on a wonderful IWC.

My advice is to wait for a few weeks for the watch to, as we say, settle in. The lubricants need to be distributed around the gear train and the gears work their way into fighting form. Often, a watch will settle in to within spec tolerances after a few weeks.

If after a month, the watch is still gaining 10 seconds per day take it back to you AD for a simple adjustment. It's nothing to worry about.
