Portuguese IWC 5001-14 noisy rotor?

Just got my portuguese automatic and I am loving the watch.

I have noticed that when i twist my arm to face me I can hear noise (its like a clicking noise) from the watch, I'm assuming this is the rotor.

However my expectation was that the rotor movement would be silent.

It only makes this noise when i twist my arm to face towards and then away from me.

Wondered if this was expected behaviour or not.

Hi Papereyes, welcome to the forum, and congratulations on the ref 5001-14 - which is my first IWC.

The sound u are hearing is normal, and the result of the rotor whirling, so you do no have to worry.
