Quick visit to the IWC Boutique >>>>>

............in Geneva!!!!!

Construction is well underway on the new Flagship location in Geneva...........

Temporary location where the old Roger Dubuis boutique used to be:

Inside the Boutique, small but functional!!!!

I was there for three (3) reasons and one of them was to finally see the new Heritage 55 Pilot!!!!!!!!

The second reason was to drop off the BPPC for service. It is losing 10 minutes the first night and would stay at 10 minutes thereafter, odd!!!!!

Got to see the PS BP, so so nice!!!!

The third and last reason to visit the Boutique is to pick up the PS Doppel which need service to correct the misaligned day/date wheels (see it in the background).........

I was also informed that the much anticipated new Mark with Silver dial and Blue numbers will not be released. In its place is the Mark Blue dial with White numbers. I think it's a great alternative and looks even better than the Silver dial version ;-))))

I want to thank Adil for the very warm welcome to the Boutique and taking the time to show me some great watches, MERCI Adil!!!!!!!!!

My visit would not be complete with a nice dinner with friends. Pasta d'Oro is a great spot and the food is wonderful..............

Great photos Nad! So how does the 55 feel on your wrist? Too bad bout the silver dialed pilot 36, the prototype looked gorgeous at SIHH. I guess now we have a "Petit Petit Prince".

Hi Ben, Although 55mm but with the Titanium case it feels very light.

However at 55mm it sits big on the wrist hahaha!!!!

I may have to get a stand and put it on my desk as a clock, LOL!

Just thinking about the Automatic 36 - the color scheme may have been to similar to the BFI color scheme? Possibly we'll see a BFI pilot in the near future? And it would be nice if IWC provided a nice stand for the 55 heritage...
