Festive greetings everyone! This 3227-11 is one of my favourite weekend watches and often a talking point down at the pub. Be great to see some other unusual dial colours...
All the best,
Doug

Hi Doug! Aha, that's the 'Japan' edition I guess? Sorry, all I can throw in is grey, silver and blue... not that unusual...

Best,
Bob
Hi Bob, yes you're spot on, it's the Japan edition ingenieur. A relatively recent edition and one I'd been hunting for a while.
You've got some very special watches there, the white gold grey dial Portugieser automatic is one of my all time favs.
All best,
Doug
Here are my two blue dials. The Aquatimer uses a blue that is exclusive to that edition of the Cousteau Diver:
I present two very special and different blues

Challanging thread. I don't have so many unusual dial colours, but I love the different appearences of the blued hands in different envirements.
Cheers Chris
My 2012 limited edition of Vintage Ingenieur:

I think its dial-color is somewhat unique.
I never get tired of looking at this dial:

Cheers.
I can imagine, spectacular watch!!!
did someone say 'unusual' dial!?
can we agree this is at least in the top three!? =)

Regards,
Thang
Thang, couldn't agree more LOL ;-)
It does not say IWC on the dial - but then this IWC pocket watch was made especially for Andreas Huber, and one has to admit that gold dial is appealing.
