Following yesterday's post, and Michael's comment about the Mark 12 on a black strap, I have swapped the bracelet for a rather worn black strap, to give a comparison of the Mark 11 vs 12. Sorry for the reflections.

as you can see my mk XI got a replacement dial, hands and (not visible) a new iwc strap and a iwc vintage buckle.
my mk XII had a though life as you can see on the tritium. is has about the same color as the sl on the mk XI

It's also refreshing to see a Mark XI that looks as if it was worn by a pilot. In my opinion there are too many in shops that have been over-refurbed to pristine condition. Thanks for posting the pictures.
