    Hi,

I purchased a Portuguese Chronograph two weeks ago and it's been a fantastic watch. However, something peculiar happened after I ate at my favorite burger joint in Beijing yesterday.

I was trying to get some ketchup out of the bottle, so I smacked the bottom of the bottle with my right hand while holding it with my left, which had the watch on. Nothing really caught my attention then, but three hours later when I checked the time, it was 31 minutes behind... Since resetting it, I've also noticed the minute hand occasionally "jumps" backwards and forwards occasionally as opposed to the smooth, accurate movement before. Could I have accidentally damaged the watch?

I'm bringing it to the AD tomorrow to get their opinion, but I thought I'd also post on here to get some more information. Thanks!

I suspect you have loosened the hand rather than caused damage. Take it in with the guarantee and hopefully it will be sorted ASAP. This is not something the AD can sort out for you themselves.
