We owners of the white dial AT have self chosen this reference as the semi-official Collector's Forum watch of the 2009 Novelties. So what do we call it. It will save many key strokes to have a short hand way to type something about our favorite 2009 acquisition.

    WDC: White Dial Club member
    WDAT: What Dial Aquatimer.

How about some other suggestions for an acronym for this great AT. Of course we could use the reference number: 3568-06 or 3568-05, but this lacks some panache.

    CFA(T) is a "geuzennaam"

That is, a self proclaimed name of honour, at first despised by others, like "yankee" was. I think it is kind of funny. Maybe only the Big Pilot is a competitor here, although I doubt it became that popular that quickly.

    Kind regards,
Paul, wearing black faced steel VC Pilot's watch, again

When it comes to Aquatimers I've got another ...

... one on my mind. Unfortunately this one's out of reach for me but dreams are there to be dreamt. I once had this one on my wrist and it was a real WOW.
I must admit that I didn't see the WDAT2000 in person because it was not yet available when I last time visited an IWC store. I kind of like it but not too much. Sorry - that's just my personal taste. I like more the yellow / black combination - or foremost the black / RG: just AWESOME!

    Oops, I almost forgot

This may be the best, most beautiful 89360 that can be gotten. Thank you for reminding me.

    Kind regards,
Paul, wearing steel VC Portuguese, also not to be despised
