Spotted in the wild... what watch is this ?

I thought it might be the ref 3799 Top Gun Doppel, but that doesn't have hour markers, it has hour numbers. And there seems to be a black ceramic like bracelet ?

Based on the red spots and triple date I'd go for the 379901 too.
