I wore my Spitfire Chrono almost constantly since August 8: such a terrific watch! But this morning, while winding some of my watches, some absent minded power made me take this watch off its cushion and I started to put it on my wrist. I awoke and wanted to put it back to put the Spitfire on again. But then I thought, well, if this watch apparently calls for action, I will put it on. What a great idea! I had the watch reglated in Switzerland in August, and it runs very accurate now. But far more important, I really enjoyed its beauty. Anybody experiencing such kind of mysterious guidance lately?

    Kind regards,
    Paul

    Paul, great choice!!!!!!!!!!

It's sometimes difficult to know the final 'driver' for a watch selection. I might start out reaching for a specific model and find that my eyes start scanning the watch box and I end up with something completely different, even another brand, LOL!!!!!!!

With such a beautiful watch I wouldn't mind some guidance. It's stunning!

    Kind regards,

    That's a beauty, Paul.

The watch below not only called me, it practically clubbed me over the head. The problem is, I don't own one. Yet.

I owned the pice with contrasting subdial, but sold it. I've been looking at this one, wanting it more and more, and when Greg Goode posted this picture of his on a Santoni strap, well........

    Soon, I hope. Maybe.

A very handsome piece in gold. It deserves more wrist time.

If I had that watch it would be calling me quite often...
