I am a relatively new owner and have an Aquatimer Split Minute Chronograph 3723-01, Year 2010, from my Dad as a gift. I was unable to get the owners manual/handbook with the watch, and IWC don't have any left in the factory.

If anyone has an Aquatimer Split Minute Chronograph Ref.3723 01, Year 2010, User Manual available, I would like to hear from you. Thanks and Appreciated!

Now that's a feature I miss from the old forum days, being able to email someone! Available to insiders only obviously!

Greg, I have no idea how Jack could have done that without an e-mail address. He has no special access.

We can't allow e-mails since some don't want to receive them, for their own privacy. Anyone who wants can include e-mail info or even set up a special dedicated address.

    Thankyou everyone involved.
I am impressed with this forum and was especially impressed with the article by JFSuperior on Water Resistance / Aquatimer Chrono Pushers.
So much quality goes into these watches! Love them all but especially love IWC Aquatimers and the Split Minute Titanium was one I had been waiting for.

I have a 3723 and I sent it for service at the IWC tech center in Texas. Amazing service, fast and extremely professional. It is better than most other luxury dealers; not that the other ones are bad. It's just that IWC tech is really outstanding. The watch was sent back to me after I requested it to be serviced. They checked it and following a movement adjustment sent it back to me free of charge.
On top of that, they packed it in an IWC box. OUTSTANDING. I am going to purchase more IWCs.
