Movement number show(Date your IWC) that the watch is produce in year 1931,but case is around 1943?

I don't have even idea at what price will cost me refurbishing?Even estimate.
Your blessed. Your grandfather has left you a wonderful family heirloom and a very rare and sought after collectors piece.
Add to that, that given its size and classic lines, it is today a very wearable watch which will be admired by all, I am convinced that no matter how much thar restoration in Schaffhausen costs - it will most certainly be worth it.
Of course, not everyone has the means readily available to spend significant monies at any given moment on a watch restoration (or a new watch) but if at all possible you should consider it and/or save up towards it.
Happy for your find. Wear it in good health and be proud of its origins.

What a treasure- congratulations on such a wonderful and rare piece. I should think a cleaning and oiling of the movement, and a new plexi crystal should be all you might want done- it's all personal preference, but I personally would leave the dial alone- should cost < $1000. if there are no parts that need replacing in the movement... just a guess... but the worth of this watch is many thousands of times this cost.

Iám in doubt what to do?Refurbish all watch or just some parts(change plexi,polish the case)but leave dial in original condition.Big dilema?!.

In any case I will enjoy in my IWC Port.74
I personally haven't send any watch back IWC for renovation but as I remember the posts on this forum, IWC replies first with proposed operations. I don't know about the valuation of those but I don't think they just do it without any questions.
The watch will certainly benefit from a maintenance overhaul. In terms of the dial and hands, It would be my desire to leave the dial alone or to request a cleaning only. I think it looks great with all the acquired patina of age and it is completely in character with the watch.
If requesting any work to be done, ensure that the parts be returned. It may be policy to not return parts that have radium based luminous parts. Please find out what will happen to the bits that will be replaced.
First step...I will send pictures of P74/325 to my friend who lives in Switzerland and ask him to take to the factory to be told orientation value for refurbishing(parts and all watch).
I believe most vintage collectors would prefer not to have the dial/hands touched, unless they are very, very corroded. Nor have the case polished.
