    Hi,

Just wondering what the warranty includes - both servicing and/or parts?
I received a quote from the service centre that charged for servicing but not for parts for a watch that is still under warranty (less than 2 months old!).

I'm seeking clarification from the service centre but thought I would check with the forum in case I misunderstood what is included with the warranty.

    Thanks!

What parts do you consider may need changing. The IWC Warranty is rock solid as would be expected of such a prestigious international Company

Thought I would close the loop on this. After clarifying with the service centre, the warranty proceeded with no charge. (As it should be some the watch was 2 months old)

What was changed were the crown, winding stem and centre wheel.

Melv, good to hear that the "concern" has resolved.

It's a fact of life, that even the most carefully crafted mechanical machines require service and or regulation, and that due to high tolerance levels sometimes despite best intentions of the manufacturer - need part replacements to get them to the level at which the designers/engineers wanted them to be.

What's important here - IWC took care of the issue and replaced the parts. As David said: "The IWC Warranty is rock solid..."
