In addition to Greg's file, 3548,3767 + 3781 are now in your in-box.

I have a ingenieur chrono alarm and when I push the winder to set the alarm it does not beep any ideas welcome please
Hello,
I have a "iwc schaffhausen ingenieur chrono alarm 3815" watch which has stopped working.
I have noticed that the printed circuit near the place where the battery is inserted has cracked so there is a break in the circuit. Could anybody advise me if it is possible to purchase a new circuit board and if so where.
Also should there be insulation under the inserted battery?
Finally, what is the correct reference no. of the battery for this quartz watch.
Thanks, Any advice would be greatly appreciated
These circuits have been obsolete for about 8 years.
The watch can only be repaired by IWC in Switzerland now.
Thanks for the information. Looks like it will become an expensive repair.
