I started the week off with the MK XI but unfortunately I got rather animated during a phone call and whacked my left arm against a shelf near my desk, leaving a rather obvious gouge in the near new crystal (well, plastic) and am too ashamed to post a picture - another one of those "if only I had one of my other watches on at the time - with a sapphire crystal - it would not have happened"

Aside from that, was a good start to the week, I only just received my 3799 back from repair and added a new piece to the collection!

    Cheers,

    Ben

Wear it in good health, but keep me in mind, NJ is really a nice place fot a watch to grow up.

LOL. thanks much Kevin. Hmmmm, never quite thought of the Laureus 5001 as a future blue, but why not ?? the steel portuguese FA jones handwound needs a competitor.

Trust your dog park is going well - great effort and achievement and contribution to the community.

    Hello everyone,

I started off Monday with my newly purchased Portofino 8 Day Hand Wound in RG. It's so beautiful I get less work done because I'm staring at it constantly! Tuesday I wore the watch that started this sickness off for me, my Portofino Chronograph w/black dial on the mesh bracelet. That's the extent of my collection... for now! Sorry no pictures.

    Cheers,

    Robert

I tend to have an affinity for non-round watches too Skule. And I agree-- Shing that is a cool watch!

    Best,

As Kevin can confirm, pics don't do the Yacht-Club justice. It is an amazing watch. I get more compliments about it than any other watch I own.
