    Hi Gavinchen,

I looked up the images and I agree, they look quite similar. I will have a look in the catalogs tonight to see if I can find something there. Maybe there was a small modification over time, this happens sometimes.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

I checked the 2009/2010 catalog, the one that first shows the new Aquatimers and has the 356802 in it and then I checked the 2011/2012 catalog that shows the 356810. There is no difference in the description so from this point I can't explain the reason for the new number. Maybe somebody with a dealers manual or more inside information could help?

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

I believe Clemens is correct. I heard there was a internal modification done thus changing the reference number ( corrections please ). BTW, I also heard the bracelet model reference changed due to current models are supplied with "all" satinized links. Center polished links model can still be ordered.

Not to my knowledge. Still 2892-A2 on the AT2000.

In a new posting, Leo confirms the bracelet change and a internal component revision. He gets to see it all and gives us a great "behind the scenes" look at what the world sends in for servicing and repair. It's that kind of information and participation that sets the bar for IWC forums. Thanks Leo !
