Will a bracelet from IWC ref 3706fit a Mark XVI (ref 3255)?

This was probably asked in earlier threads, but has anyone done this? Thanks

That's a good question, when you find the answer let me know :-)

Both watches have a diameter of 39mm and a lug size of 20mm.
The workbook gives a ref IWA13653 for 3706 and IWA191416 for MARK XVI.
The only difference I can see is in the endpieces(not even sure if this is the case!)

I would recommend getting the bracelet specified for your watch. That way you will be guaranteed a perfect fit without placing wear and stress on the lugs and case.
