Hi Ralph & Hebe,
I used to be able to access all images from my Microsoft XP PC without problems but since switching to a Linux operating system I can only see some of the later (2005/2006 workbook) images in pdf format. I'd assumed it was a Microsoft specific problem, I think the program was written is Silverlight, and the others could still access all images.
