    Hi all.

I've just realized that when I got my 3536 serviced last year they didn't swap the fish crown for a Probus one. Does this mean that IWC have stopped the policy of replacing fish crowns with Probus ones or is it because the Aquatimer is a dive watch?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    HG.

Yes, this has been a great concern and it has prevented me from sending in my 3536 for service.

BP watches now have fish crowns available as replacement parts and I was assured by IWC Boutique that my 3536 will be returned with a fish crown.

Yes, they did change the service policy. If you drop in for service with a fish crown it should be replaced with a fish crown at least if the watch was originially delivered with a fish crown. You can also request to replace a Probus crown with a fish crown, if the watch was originially delivered with a fish crown.

It appears you're referring to the concept of "fish crown replacement," but without additional context, it's unclear what this term means.

If you could provide more information or context about what you're specifically looking for related to "fish crown replacement," I'd be happy to try to assist you further.
