They are fakes. The dials and hands look almost convincing. However, the cases are wrong. The thickness of the case and proportions of the crown and Chrono pushers are wrong. The satin finishing in the case sides is wrong. The engravings on the case back are wrong too.

Because my dad bought me that iwc371401 for my birthday and my friend is trying to sell me that 445. I would be in big shock if they are actually fakes..
