IWC Cal 89 18k Gold - Real or Fake?

I am wondering about the authenticity of this watch.
I would really appreciate your input.

Looks good to me movement wise.
The photo resolution of the dial is too low to determine if it has been restored / repainted or not.

That said, all looks good.

I agree with Mark.

Some additinal remarks.

The movement fits exactly in the case. The metal ring was used by IWC to have a somewhat larger looking watch.

The dial and the crown are typical for the era these watches were made.
