MasterLooks good to me movement wise.
The photo resolution of the dial is too low to determine if it has been restored / repainted or not.That said, all looks good.

Some additinal remarks.
The movement fits exactly in the case. The metal ring was used by IWC to have a somewhat larger looking watch.
The dial and the crown are typical for the era these watches were made.
