Hi all, first post on the forum, so apologies if this has gone into the wrong area.

I am currently on the search for an Aquatimer Cousteau Divers, reference 354806 (blue dial/orange colouring/blue strap). I know that this model was limited to 1953 examples, so will be somewhat difficult to track down. But I thought the best place to come would be the home of IWC.

I've managed to find a few on various websites here in the UK, but all have now sold. Plus there is the inherent difficulty in buying watches online. Navigating the endless 'replicas' and fakes.

This would be my first IWC, as I cannot bring myself to like the current models as much as its predecessors. The modern case of the Aquatimer has lost some of its simplicity and original good looks.

So, if anyone knows of one or has one, in perfect condition (box and papers), please post a reply and let me know.

    Many thanks,
    Lars

    Hi Lars,

I'm totally sympathetic to your cause, but IWC has requested that this forum should be non-commercial. As such "wanted to buy" posts and dealer recommendations aren't supposed to be here.

I suspect with some searching over time time you can find one. When you do please post some photos here!

    Good luck.
