My watch isn't in the iwc iOS App

I registered my new watch. 

I don't see any option to add it to the IWC iOS App 

Any advice will be appreciated.

Iv'e registered the watch but in the IWC App I dont see any option to view any "MyIWC" watch. 

What is the reference number of the watch?
